Returns & Refunds

At LANAÏS, every piece is created with intention — so we hope you’ll love yours. But if something isn’t quite right, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

We don’t offer exchanges, so please double-check our size guide before ordering. We want your pieces to arrive perfect the first time.

Please note: All pre-order items are final sale. Once reserved, they are made especially for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition they arrived:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear

• No makeup stains, perfume, or damage

• All original tags attached and neatly repacked

Returns that don’t meet these standards will be declined, and the item will be sent back to you.

Please note:

• Return shipping is not covered by LANAÏS

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

To begin, send us an email at contact@bylanais.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include:

• Your order number

• A short note about why you’d like to return the item

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Refund Timelines

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once complete.

Important Reminders

• Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted

• We cannot refund items that don’t meet our return conditions

• Pre-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund

• Please shop mindfully — we do our best to provide accurate images, measurements, and descriptions to help guide your purchase

International Duties & Taxes

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by you upon delivery.

If your parcel is refused or returned due to non-payment of these charges, we will not be able to issue a refund.
