At LANAÏS, we aim to ship every order as swiftly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your order’s progress.

UK Orders: Typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and courier but generally range from 5–14 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
